The men's squash championship, part of the 11th edition of the Ramadan Sports Festival 2025, concluded at Aspire Zone during the holy month of Ramadan. The matches were held at the squash courts inside Aspire Dome.
The tournament, which took place from March 5 to March 10, 2025, witnessed intense competition among top squash players. Ziad Rahim emerged victorious, securing the championship title after defeating Ali Mansour in the final match by three sets to one. The match results were as follows: 12-10, 11-9, 5-11, 11-4. With this win, Ziad Rahim claimed the gold medal, while Ali Mansour took home the silver.
Both players delivered outstanding performances throughout the tournament. In the semi-finals, Ziad Rahim secured a thrilling victory against Asim Mirza in a five-set match (11-8, 7-11, 4-11, 11-0, 11-8), while Ali Mansour overcame Samiullah Sajid in four sets (11-7, 7-11, 11-8, 11-7).
The third-place match was another intense battle, where Samiullah Sajid defeated Asim Mirza in straight sets (14-12, 11-4, 11-8), earning the bronze medal.
