In accordance with the AZF scholarship policy, we offer annual scholarships to Qatari nationals who are interested in pursuing higher education studies at leading universities in Qatar and abroad. Scholarships are open to high-school graduates and undergraduate university students with an outstanding academic record. The policy aims to accelerate Qatari human capital development, strengthen citizen capacities and enhance learning and working skills in preparation for entry into the workplace.

Definition of the service

Scholarships are open to high-school graduates and undergraduate university students with an outstanding academic record. The policy aims to accelerate Qatari human capital development, strengthen citizen capacities and enhance learning and working skills in preparation for entry into the workplace.
Minimum eligibility requirements
- Qatari citizens only.
- Fulfill the university admission requirements
- The nomination should be based on the Foundation's need and job requirements.
- To have obtained an 80% or higher in the General Secondary Certificate or its equivalent in order to obtain the first university degree within the State of Qatar.
- The employees’ service period in the foundation shall be not less than two consecutive years
- To have a 5.5 in IELTS or 530 in TOEFL, or what the university or academic body requires in admission
- The annual evaluation of the employee in the last two years should not be less than “Very Good”.
- The employee has not received any written notice during the past two years.
- He should not be more than thirty (30) years old to obtain the first university degree.
Sponsorship (Local and International)
Definition of the service
Talent Sponsorship Program is designed to attract and sponsor talented Qatari applicants in the fields of research, technology, management, engineering, facility management, medical, media, marketing and sports .At AZF, we recognize that the future of our industry depends on the talents we nurture today. As part of our Qatarization strategy, we balance the business requirements of AZF with the academic needs of students.
We support undergraduate Qatari students studying in all disciplines especially on sports majors by providing them stimulating and rewarding opportunities that match their interests.
Upon completing their studies, they join AZF as a member of staff and begin our award-winning National Development program to further develop their knowledge and achieve the practical competencies to succeed and move up within the company.
Minimum eligibility requirements
- Qatari citizens only .only.
- Fulfill the university admission requirements
- The nomination should be based on the Foundation's need and job requirements.
- To have obtained an 80% or higher in the General Secondary Certificate or its equivalent in order to obtain the first university degree within the State of Qatar.
- The overall Grade Point Average (GPA) should not be less than “3” in the first university degree or its equivalent for obtaining Master’smaster’s and PhD degrees within the State of Qatar, incasein case of abroad the GPA should not be less than 3.5.
- To have a 5.5 in IELTS or 530 in TOEFL, or what the university or academic body requires in admission
- The employees’ service period in the foundation shall be not less than two consecutive years

CDP & GDP Program
Definition of the service

Internship Program (Qatari and Non QatariNon-Qatari)
Definition of the service
An internship is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to a student’s field of study or career interest. An internship gives a student the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to learn new skills. It offers AZF the opportunity to bring new ideas and energy into the workplace, develop talent and potentially build a pipeline for future full-time employees.
Minimum eligibility and requirements
- Qatar citizenship.
- For non-Qatari’s, valid Qatar Residency, and sponsor approval.
- Age/ legally 18 up to 30 years old.
- Passport and residency permit copy
- Approval letter and Sponsor’s passport, sponsor’s residency permit copy .copy.
- Applications request
- College/University program enrolment.
- fresh graduated with no experience.
- Must not be sponsored or worked for any other organization or if soso, he must obtain approval from sponsor
- good academic and professional/personal standing.
- Undergraduate students should have finished at least 60 credit hours
