Recruitment Process

In order to increase efficiency, consistency and compliance in the recruitment and selection processes, AZF HR adheres to the following steps:

Searching / Collecting CV’s

It is the responsibility of the recruitment section to search for CVs, after receiving approval on opening the vacancy.

Initial Screening & Shortlisting

It is the responsibility of HR to make sure that candidates meet the job requirements, before sending the shortlisted candidates to the requesting department.

Interview

After receiving feedback from the requesting department, the recruitment section will arrange for interviews.

Selection & Hiring

If a candidate is successful, they will receive the offer letter from HR. Once signed, HR will prepare the CID and medical examinations, as well as asking for other documents.

Mobilization

HR will inform the concerned on the employee’s joining date.
