Aspire Zone Foundation organized the Dukhan Bank Indoor Aquathlon on Saturday, 13 September 2025, at the Aspire Dome, in collaboration with the Qatar Triathlon Federation and with Dukhan Bank as the main sponsor
The event witnessed the participation of more than 130 male and female athletes across various age groups. Salman Al Farsi secured first place in the competition, followed by Khalifa Al Mutlaq in second place. In the women’s category, Alya Al Hammad won first place in the 16-year-old group, while Noor Ali took first place in the 40+ age group.
The race featured multiple age categories, starting from juniors (10–12 years) and youth (13–15 years) up to young adults and adults (16 years and above), with dedicated divisions for GCC nationals and expatriate residents. Distances varied according to categories, ranging from 100 meters swimming and 400 meters running for the younger participants to 400 meters swimming and 1,600 meters running for older age groups, allowing everyone to compete according to their abilities and fitness levels.
The organization of this race reflects Aspire Zone’s commitment to promoting healthy and active lifestyles, providing motivational sporting platforms for competition, and nurturing young athletes to develop their skills and build a promising sporting generation.
