This summer, we will present three programs, The first is “Train and Challenge event “for kids from 5 to 10 years, there will be training videos uploaded on our social media accounts, once a week, with easy and fun exercises, the kids with help their families will do it and share the video on the Hashtag #AspireKids2020, the second is “Junior Fitness Challenge” for young teens from 11 to 14 years old, The challenges consists of 6 exercises, each one to be done in one minute, An explanation video done by a qualified trainer performing and explaining the challenges would be posted on social media and YouTube. The above-mentioned age categories will do it and share it on the Hashtag #AspireJuniors2020.
The third is nutrition and healthy eating tips along with healthy food recipes. The sessions will be 3 times a week (Saturday, Monday, Thursday) on Aspire official Instagram page. This program is partnership with Aspetar, Nutrition department.
