Aspire Zone Foundation has achieved a new milestone by winning the Institutional Transformation Leadership Award during the second edition of the Qatar Government Excellence Award ceremony, held this morning under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The award was received by Mr. Mr. Abdulla Nasser Al-Naemi , Acting CEO of Aspire Zone Foundation, in recognition of the Foundation’s efforts in advancing its institutional framework and adopting best practices in performance management and service excellence.
The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau launched the second cycle of the Qatar Government Excellence Program, which aims to enhance government performance efficiency, foster innovation, and position smart services, data management, and modern technologies as fundamental pillars of government development. The program also seeks to qualify national talents capable of meeting future requirements.
Participating ministries and government entities compete for awards granted to those achieving the highest rankings in accordance with the Qatar Government Excellence Model criteria.
On this occasion, Mr. Mr. Abdulla Nasser Al-Naemi , Acting CEO of Aspire Zone Foundation, expressed his pride in this achievement, stating:

It is worth noting that Aspire Zone Foundation previously won the Qatar Government Excellence – Entity Excellence Award during the first edition of the Qatar Government Excellence Award ceremony held in 2024.
