The 10th edition of the Al Kass International Cup – Qatar Airways Football Tournament kicked off on February 13 and will run until February 22, 2025, at the Aspire Academy stadiums in Doha. Organized in collaboration with Al Kass Sports Channels, the Qatar Football Association, the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, Aspire Zone Foundation, Aspetar, and QatarEnergy, the tournament has become one of the most prestigious global competitions for youth players.

Eight clubs from different continents are participating in the tournament, featuring some of the most talented young players from the world’s top academies and teams. The competition aims to showcase their skills and nurture their talents at the highest sporting level.

The tournament follows a single-round league system in its initial stage, with teams divided into two groups:

• Group A: Aspire Academy, Mohammed VI Academy (Morocco), Rangers (Scotland), Seattle Sounders (USA).
• Group B: Real Madrid (Spain), Paris Saint-Germain (France), Al Ahly (Egypt), Kashiwa Reysol (Japan).

Following the group stage, the qualified teams will advance to the knockout rounds, where matches will be played in an elimination format, in addition to placement matches to determine final rankings.
