Test your speed, jump, and race your family and friends on our stationary bikes in a series of motivating physical activities. Receive your personalised test results and see how you measure up against star athletes.
Aspire Academy Multi-sport Skill Development and Foundation Year Programs
Place: Aspire Dome Time: Boys- MPH1, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Girls- MPH2, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Fun for the whole family. Mothers and daughters can enjoy gymnastics, racket sports, and dance; while fathers and sons can challenge each other to skills competitions. Prizes will be awarded.
Football Performance & Science Activities

Learn more about sports science and test your physical and technical football skills. Challenge yourself with accuracy shots and measure your speed and agility.
Teamwork Challenge
Place: Aspire Dome, gymnastics hall Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Join forces to complete a variety of team-oriented tasks that support collaboration, cooperation and most importantly FUN! Scale the climbing wall together under guidance of expert instructors.
Aspire Football League
Place: Aspire Football Pitches #3, #4 and #5 Time: 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Watch the best go head to head, in the finals of the Aspire Football League. Six teams from each generation will compete. Come watch and see who will be crowned champion!
Fun Run
Place: VIP Road - Khalifa International Stadium Registration: 06:00 – 07:45 AM Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
On your mark, get set, go! Grab your family and friends and walk or run the 2.5km around Khalifa Stadium. All are welcome. Children 14 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Kid’s Sports Spirit Zone
Place: Aspire Football Pitch #10 Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Dial up the excitement with kid’s martial arts, telematch, boot camp and slacklining. Kids can also enjoy classics games like football, basketball, and volleyball. Prizes will be awarded for the best performers in each competition!
Nordic Walking
Starting Point Aspetar West Expansion Time: 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Learn to Nordic walk! This low impact fitness walking technique uses specially designed poles to support total body fitness by using over 90% of your body’s muscles.
Racing and Equestrian Club
Location: Aspire Park beside The Coffee Company Time: 9 am – 12 pm
Enjoy riding a horse while your kids ride the ponies. Or, maybe, they will love to just watch and feed these little pets.
World Dodgeball Association
Place: Aspire Football Pitch #10 Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
See the launch of the Qatar Dodgeball Federation with a demonstration of the game. Participate in open access Dodgeball on a full-size dodgeball court. Take part in the fastest arm in Qatar competition with prize for the winner.
Doha Kendo Club
Place: Aspire Football Pitch #10 Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Come and learn the Traditional Japanese art of Kendo (Way of the Sword) from our very own Kendoka (swordsman). After warming up, boys and girls will be invited to learn basic Kendo techniques.
